KOTAK ASPHALT LLP is a group company of KOTAK GROUP. Who is a manufacturing of Bitumen Emulsion, Modified Bitumen, Anti Striping Agent, Oxidized Bitumen & Bituminous Paints (Black & Silver).

KOTAK ASPHALT LLP is owned by following Partners:

1. Kanaiyalal M. Kotak (Mr. K. M. Kotak) - is founder of KOTAK GROUP. He is dealing in Petroleum Trade since last five decades.

2. Vipul K Kotak (Mr. Vipul K Kotak) - is Managing Partner of Kotak Asphalt. He also deals in Petroleum trade since last three decades.

3. Ketan K Kotak (Mr. Ketan K Kotak) - is also a Partner of Kotak Asphalt. He is also deals in Petroleum Products & having an experience of more than 20 years.

4. Hemal K Kotak (Mr. Hemal Kotak) - is also one of a Partner of this company. He is also deals in Petroleum trade and having an experience of 14 years.

5. Kotak Petro-Chem Pvt. Ltd. (KPPL) - is also a Partner of Kotak Asphalt LLP. KPPL is working as Authorized dealer of Nayara Energy Limited (Formerly Essar Oil Limited) for their products, Bitumen, Furnace Oil, HSD, Petcoke Sulphur.

Kotak Asphalt has purchased the entire plant which was formerly known as Ashapura Petrochem. The plant is located just opposite to the Essar Oil Refinery.
